Pricing

Credits will be sold in packs. One credit runs one station. Credits will not expire, and there will be no subscription: nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.

Purchases are not open yet. These are the prices the packs will carry once they are. Nothing can be bought on this site today, and no payment details are collected anywhere on it.

Practice itself is open. Every account is credited 3 free stations when it is created — you can start without paying. Purchases are not open, so that grant is where every balance starts and anything beyond it was added by hand. If you run through yours, write to us rather than waiting for a checkout that is switched off.

What a credit buys

One station includes the candidate brief, a standardized patient to talk with, the physical findings when you ask for them, the examiner's questions, and feedback organized by the competencies the NAC Examination assesses. It runs eleven minutes, the length of the real thing. The station content is model-adapted from physician-written material and cross-checked by three independent model passes. No physician has reviewed it.

Tax and receipts

Prices above are shown before tax. The sales tax your province charges will be calculated at checkout: GST or HST, and where a province levies its own tax alongside GST, such as Quebec's QST, that as well. A receipt will be emailed for every purchase, and every purchase and credit will be listed in your account.

Refunds

Credits are not refundable. A credit is spent the moment you begin a station, and unspent credits are not exchanged back for money. This does not take away any right the consumer protection law where you live gives you that cannot be excluded. If you were charged in error or twice, or a station could not run because of a fault on our side, write to hello@nacmate.com and we will restore the credit or refund the charge. The terms have the details.
